Location is average. Staff service is okay. An average setup overall.

Stay was really good, food was ok, location was little remote, road to the location was horrible. But the resort was nicely maintained. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Recommended

The service is very nice and the owner is very co-operative. Even the breakfast in the morning if very nice and tasty. Must stay property in vagamon if you’re visiting vagamon. View from the hotel is also very nice. The road to the hotel might be little concerning otherwise very nice

It’s a remote home stay facility and is situated in a valley with bad approach roads. One of the major reasons for my disappointment was, i had driven for about 6 hours to reach the property in hot and humid conditions and last thing we hear from the property is they do not have power till 5pm due to some eb issue. When i challenged they immediately started the dg using limited diesel, question i had was whether they will continue to run the dg even after i check in ? and whether the power issue will be resolved by 5pm as promised. Did not want to take chances especially with my family. So, i did not bother to even check in and immediately booked accommodation in another property which was good. Despite the fact we hardly checked in, the resort did not consider cancellation and only mm t arranged a nominal refund.

Travel-led in a group of 6. Experience was lovely. Food was great. Had a very good time. Milan was very accommodating.

Stay was pleasant and relaxing. Good views from the room balcony and relaxing with scenaric views. Milan and their team taking good care for dinner, tea and breakfast. From main road you need to come 2 kms inside but it is worth to come.

Location was accessible and good facility. The only issue was the room size, it was a bit too small. Also too high amount for this rate

I had an amazing experience in this property. Very good staff and nice service. The support received from the staff is good. Provided arrangement for our side jeep trip. I would prefer this property for those planning to visit vagamon

Stay location and home cooked food are wonderful, only con was that the budget rooms are not painted and maintained, we can opt for the non budget rooms for a wonderful view stay

We found this hotel through makemytrip only. It was a nice trip and good stay in this hotel. Accommodation, food and room services were good.

It was a pleasant stay. We stayed there one day as a family and the experience was good. We booked for a budget room but they upgraded that to a balcony view room which was great. Also the person who take cares milan was very helpful. The dinner and breakfast we got from there were really nice. At first found it hard to reach there but once it’s familiar, the route to hotel felt easy to reach.

Road to property is a bit narrow. But it's not a problem as there isn't much traffic. Wonderful view from the top floor rooms. Food was awesome. Milan will take care of your needs. Only thing is they should start offering lunch as well in the property.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
