We had an amazing stay! The cottage accommodation was not only comfortable and family-friendly but also allowed pets, which was a big plus for us. The food was quite good and added to the overall pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Another highlight is the location – very close to all major tourist attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient. Highly recommend it, especially for families traveling with pets!

Not worth for the amount paid.

Firstly room was not clean and also had broken furniture... television was not available in the room.. room was stinking and the staffs were not available half of the time. Would not recommend.

Pathetic, no cleanness, bed and room filled with bugs, toilet too bad, and worst part is not value for money if you prefer food in restaurant. Ordered Chappati 15 nos with 2 veg curma, and 1 gopi Manchurian gravy got a bill of 1500 and the food we got is not value for money. worst experience i ever had and never recommend anyone...

Quadriya Palace reasonable and good service. Cee Cee Grand ok but breakfast is average

Location is very good. 2 mins walk to pine valley. Courteous staff. Food was decent. 5kms from main vagamon city.

It was a good experience. After having seen negative feedback about food, we were skeptical about it however everything was laid to rest once we tasted it and it was good. An ascending few metres stretch to the resort is not great but manageable. The resort sits atop with a good view of meadows around.We stayed for a day and it was a pleasant one.

Room and bathroom were not very clean. Cupboard was broken. Food was good. Overall cost of the room is not worth the facilities provided. Average stay. Not worth the amount paid.

Our recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The rooms were in poor condition with uncleanliness evident, including unwashed bed sheets and a leaky ceiling. The bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor, and the wi-fi connection was extremely slow and unreliable. The food we ordered was both overpriced and underwhelming, lacking both quality and sufficient quantity. The term "grand resort" in the hotel name is a gross misrepresentation. This establishment falls far short of resort standards and is essentially a standard hotel with subpar amenities. We strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially for families.

It’s not a 3 star property. It’s good for an overnight stay as it’s clean enough. The location is great though but among the top 5-6 resorts in vagamon

Nice mountain view. Easily accessible to pine valley & adventure park. But can't say it's a resort. Not professional. Bathroom has a foul smell. Only dim light in room. Good place for bachelors only. Those who go as a family should think twice
