Yourself has booked 3 deluxe room with "no meal plan" through make my trip app.Your allegations was that you have breakfast complimentary,if you have breakfast complimentary in your voucher it will specifically show BREAKFAST COMPLEMENTRY. You booked room category not cottage category. Both are entirely different even in photos and rent also.we cannot give you cottage if you book deluxe room. Even though you have booked room category we are ready to give cottage on extra charges but you are not willing to pay extra charges.Dont blame us without checking "Make my trip booking voucher". Everything is there on your booking voucher. Allthought we are ready to show all those things but you and your 8 batchelor friends are in drunken condition on whole day .

Dear Guest, sorry for inconvience caused if any we are sorry to hear that your stay with us didnt meet the expectation.lack of variety of food was only because that was very busy days and room was full.we have wide variety of veg and non veg items.And regarding water bottle,one bottle per day will be given as complimentry along with coffee maker and additional mineral water will be charged.Unlimited mineral water is not complientry.Anyway your suggestion regarding food and water bottle will be taken into account and necessary action will be taken. regards cee cee grand manager

We had an amazing stay! The cottage accommodation was not only comfortable and family-friendly but also allowed pets, which was a big plus for us. The food was quite good and added to the overall pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Another highlight is the location – very close to all major tourist attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient. Highly recommend it, especially for families traveling with pets!

Firstly room was not clean and also had broken furniture... television was not available in the room.. room was stinking and the staffs were not available half of the time. Would not recommend.

Pathetic, no cleanness, bed and room filled with bugs, toilet too bad, and worst part is not value for money if you prefer food in restaurant. Ordered Chappati 15 nos with 2 veg curma, and 1 gopi Manchurian gravy got a bill of 1500 and the food we got is not value for money. worst experience i ever had and never recommend anyone...

It was a good experience. After having seen negative feedback about food, we were skeptical about it however everything was laid to rest once we tasted it and it was good. An ascending few metres stretch to the resort is not great but manageable. The resort sits atop with a good view of meadows around.We stayed for a day and it was a pleasant one.

Our recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The rooms were in poor condition with uncleanliness evident, including unwashed bed sheets and a leaky ceiling. The bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor, and the wi-fi connection was extremely slow and unreliable. The food we ordered was both overpriced and underwhelming, lacking both quality and sufficient quantity. The term "grand resort" in the hotel name is a gross misrepresentation. This establishment falls far short of resort standards and is essentially a standard hotel with subpar amenities. We strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially for families.
