Cooked with fresh, organic ingredients sourced locally (many from their own garden), the food is rich in flavor and full of traditional Kerala warmth. With their freshly baked bread from the in-house bakery, every bite is crafted with care and bursting with flavor. A gentle stream runs nearby, and the area is full of scenic spots to explore—small waterfalls, walking trails, and forest paths. It’s perfect for nature walks, birdwatching, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. What truly makes Vanilla County special is the warm, personal attention from the hosts. Food and rooms were awesome, everything was perfect, could sense the thoughtfulness and attention to detail in all the amenities provided, and the best courteous staff one could come across with a never say no attitude, could add tv to the rooms and mobile connectivity was a bit low.
