Excellent property!

Excellent rooms. And the behavior of staffs are good. Property location is good. But the road to the property is not good

Not satisfied due to dusty, musty, moldy smell on room

The path to the hotel was rather challenging and felt unsafe, particularly at night. I have several disappointments: I noticed numerous black stains all over the pillow, which was merely covered with a pillow cover. The pillow cover had an unpleasant odor and a dusty scent due to the rainy conditions, making it completely unusable. I also found several stains on the bed sheet, which I reported to the staff, and they moved me to a different room. However, even after the room change, the overall smell remained somewhat dusty. The bed sheets and blankets felt damp, likely due to the weather. I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone. Good things to share that the toilet facilities are satisfactory. The manager and staff are good. Breakfast was provided, which is a plus.

Good, but some things to be addressed.

Room is good. Food also good. I think they have some issues with power. Many times lights were flickering. Hot water was not available initially, after complaining they attended it. To reach the property you need to climb a small hill with sharp turns. Road is not bitumenised and narrow. Staff were polite. Food is available at the property with reasonable payment.
