I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that staff assistance was lacking—no one was around to help with anything. We had multiple requests during our stay, none of which were fulfilled.
We had specifically booked a room with a balcony as shown in the booking details, but were given a completely different room. When we raised this with the staff, they simply told us all balcony rooms were already occupied, which was never mentioned during the booking process.
To make matters worse, the room didn’t even have a TV. When we asked about it, we were told it had been broken by a previous guest and was sent for repair. They promised to make alternative arrangements, but nothing was done throughout our stay. For a closed room with no view or entertainment, this made the experience even worse.
We checked in by evening and until the next morning, not a single staff member came to check in or offer assistance. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, especially in the Walkman region, where I’ve stayed many times before without any such issues.
I hope the management seriously considers improving their service and honoring the commitments made at the time of booking.
