Location, lake is gorgeous food also amazing room was very clean

I reached at after 2 pm I and family have to wait for one hour get the room . I got a room not shown in make my trip App but got a different room .Food is average .Poor experience

Very limited vegetarian options. Very expensive as well. Slightly overpriced rooms for 4000 especially without AC.

Prime location. Very close proximity to Pine forest and other sightseeing locations. Excellent service by staff, well maintained rooms

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Photos, Poor Location & Unprofessional Staff We had a very unpleasant experience with our recent hotel booking Despite the hotel looking decent in photos, the reality was completely different. The approach road was extremely narrow and overcrowded — barely accessible for a family with luggage. It was chaotic and didn’t feel safe or welcoming. The staff’s response on arrival was equally disappointing. We were allotted a small room that looked nothing like the spacious ones shown online. What made things worse was that we, a family with a child, were placed right in the middle of a group of bachelors, who were drinking and smoking openly on the balcony. It was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. We requested for an upgrade or a room change, but the staff made us wait unnecessarily, only to later deny the request citing that we booked online. Their attitude was rude and unhelpful. Within just 20 minutes of being there, we decided to leave the property despite knowing we would lose nearly ₹10,000. We also tried modifying or canceling the booking , but that too was declined. This experience has taught us a tough lesson — not to blindly trust photos or book hotels without thorough research. Definitely not the kind of hospitality or support we expected

Nice spacious room. Good and helpful staff. Near to pineforest, of planning for visiting pine forest car can be parked inside the resort parking and go for a walk to pine forest. Spacious open space for camp fire and gatherings.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is near the pine forest entrance, only walking distance from the hotel. The stone built hotel's architecture is a visual treat. Location is very good. The entire property and the view from the room balcony is beautiful. There is a pond and it's nice to watch. Food is good. Not impressed with the buffet dinner. Ala carte was good. Ghee roast in the breakfast and nadan chicken curry in the dinner was very good 👍. They have a good amount of parking space. The only problem is that the road connecting the hotel and the main road is congested, full of small shops as it is the same road that leads to pine forest entrance. If another vehicle is coming from the side of the hotel, then we need to go back to main road as the road is very narrow. But, once we reach the hotel we have good parking facility. You can contact the hotel before getting into the sub road towards the hotel so that they can arrange security. All the tourist spots can be easily accessed from the hotel location. 5 stars for the location of the hotel.

Never ever recommend this hotel. Worst experience in my life. The room is old, shabby and pathetic. They charged rupees 11996- for 2 rooms. No one picks up if we call the room service. Luckily my family had one night stay. We moved to a different hotel. The worst part is the way to the hotel which is also the walking path to pine forest. That means you can barely move the car between the people walking through the way and you need to fight with them to make the path. The traffic is terrific at this place and it took 30mins to cover 200m. Better find a good hotel at same price with good amenities.

Toilet seat was broken and we were not able to use it. Even after 3 hours they didn't corrected. Breakfast was of poor quality and some puri and puttu was the items. Not even omelet or egg was there. Only advantage was that it was very near to pine forest

Adrak sand hill resort, vagamon. Location is very good, near the pine forest. Property is also good, with a central pond and nice surroundings. But there are some serious problems. Firstly access road to the resort is partially occupied by vendors and very difficult to drive through. Worst thing is poor maintenance and housekeeping. Switch board was found dangling. Drainage smell was coming from the toilet. Food is average, we tried only once. They forgot to clear the leftover plates for 2 days!

The property was well maintained and staff behaviour was very good towards the guest. Staff was always there whenever we needed their help and assistance

The room was fine. Property was fine. But the quality of the food served was really bad!

The room was not cleaned and bathroom was terrible. Breakfast included only one menu item. Not a recommended property.

Feeling good ambiance & excellent service, environment stay

Adrak summer sand hill resort is located near pine valley vagamon. The lane leading to pine valley is narrow and also crowded. Lots of small shops have been erected all alongside the narrow lane. Hence you have to take utmost care while driving through this narrow lane before entering the resort. The staff at the reception was courteous. The staff has contacts with local jeep drivers. Hence they'll help you to arrange jeep for local site seeing and for off-road site seeing. There's enough parking space for 10-15 cars. There's a restaurant also inside the resort. It serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. The food is quite decent. Rooms are spacious and kept neat. Geysers are also provided in the bathroom for hot water baths. There are only one or 2 plug points for charging. The plug points are difficult to find out and you'll find it underneath the tv. Also switches are not maintained well and some of the switches don't work properly. Overall the stay at the resort was good. I would definitely recommend this resort if you're visiting vagamon.

The service is poor. No proper room service, no intercom in the rooms we stayed. The claimed 24*7 service but the service starts from 7:30 am and closed by 10pm. There was no water in the toilets between 10-5am. Prices are too high and no value for money. Will never recommend the property to anyone.

The property has a lot of potential but currently not worth staying. We had a booking for two days but checked out after one day because of multiple issues we’d faced. First we got a room that was damp and had fungus all over the ceiling. The staff wasn’t that cooperative and it took us 4 hours just to get everything working in the rooms. This is when adrak charged us for a day. Very terrible experience
