Good stay, caretakers are very helpful and friendly. Road to the stay is little bad.

Food and facilities are average compared to the money spent. Location is great.

I had such a wonderful experience here! The weather and ambience in the room were so good, making the stay very comfortable and refreshing. The manager, Stefin, is such a humble and kind person who made us feel truly welcomed. The staff and overall service were excellent, and everything was well taken care of. I really loved the atmosphere and hospitality. Definitely a place worth visiting again. A must-visit hotel

The room is very good but very expensive.

Great stay , the view is mesmerising . Not closer to the city but it is worth it . Food is arranged by the caretaker . Go for it

Pros * Neat and clean rooms and surroundings . * Coffee maker and the things needed to make a coffee was there. Few glasses and 2 bottle were also there. * The staffs are really good. * The staff come to you whenever you make a call. (They arranged us food because the restaurants were shutdown during that time due to red alert) * A perfect view of pineforest can be seen * Free food given in the morning Cons * Eventhough the rooms are clean there is a lacking of proper maintenance can be seen ( Leaking in some rooms , the roof shaken due to heavy wind ) . But to their defence we travelled during the worst climate and there was storm with heavy rainfall * Eventhough the resort is close to the highway the road connecting the highway to the resort which is nearly 1.5 km is not well maintained. * The staffs arranged us food during night time but it was expensive (Price was already mentioned by them before hand) NB- We travelled during the worst time. We couldn't go for the trucking adventure and all other adventures.

Location is good. View at the resort is also very good. But other than the view, there are no other activities in the resort. Rate can be a bit lower considering this. Breakfast provided is also average

I heard this report through my friend reference. the hotel outer view is very good and beautiful vibe. but room is not as much as expected. night I can hear the voice of Rat running on the roof. and the room is not sound proof. Room is not air conditioning. Wifi is there working good. But the hotel view is fantastic and very calm.

Very good place and good ambience. I enjoyed it a lot because the caretaker was very responsive. I recommend this property. The room space is extremely awesome.

Our stay at Orma Farm Resort in Kolahalamedu, Vagamon was nothing short of exceptional. we had a great travel experience along with good home stay

This is a nice location in Kolahalamedu. We had some problems detecting the exact location on google maps but eventually located the place after calling the hotel. The views are very scenic. The rooms are spacious and clean. For food, we ate at the kumarakom hotel opposite the place. The food is good there. We had a pleasant stay and our kids enjoyed the stay. Small nagging things are that the sound coming from neighbouring rooms comes in to our rooms especially if they play loud music. Also, we didn’t find any sign boards of this hotel on the way or at the hotel. But since they have atleast a website we thought it is ok.

We had a very nice experience at the resort. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue we faced was the poor condition of the access road to the resort. Additionally, there is no restaurant on-site, but there is a nearby family-run restaurant called Kurakam. The farm have one pet (Labrador) her name is max very friendly dog

Very comfy! staff is very professional. Especially property manager mr. Stefin. He is very welcoming and extremely hospitable.

Food was over priced and not good at all. Chicken and beef not cooked well, very stiff. Rice, parotha, gravey and chicken were all cold. Manager didn't pick up call after left in the room. Unable to go downstairs as it needs jeep to go down.

Amazing place to go with family. Staying between yea garden was amazing. Clean rooms. Geyser was not that effective. Staff is cooperative. Hill top view is amazing. Staff also arranged food. As of now restaurant is not started. They will be starting soon. In coming days ahead, i think will be a good resort.

We had a very good experience in staying in or-ma resort. I must say the mr vishu was was the best host we had seen till now. He made sure that all our issues are addressed quickly and properly. Always ready to help at any time with a smiling face
