Rooms not as expected an average rating overall I give 2.5 out of 5. Even food is also average taste expect the breakfast. Not budget friendly

There was no proper response from the food service team ..we were frequently asking them to bring tea but they made us to wait for a very long time and also dinner was not sufficient they didn't provide us options But they treated other customers with different room quality with food options and their service was really different to the premium customers If they can't afford to provide us quality service then there shouldn't be family budget rooms Swimming pools water quality was also very worst and dirty One guy in the kitchen treated us better that's the only good thing in the overall stay I will not recommend this place to anyone The management staff was very rude and not responsible at all It was mentioned as 3 star but there is no basic amenities like toiletries also I will also provide few images of the room and swimming pool. Frequent power cut and also it's really hard to reach the spot ..old people cannot trek to this place ..

Too worsted for money to this resort , no clean , hot water not come properly, room in unclean and un comfortable

We recently stayed here, and while the location and views were beautiful, the condition of the rooms was a major letdown. The rooms were poorly maintained, with visible signs of neglect. The bed sheets were clearly not properly washed, leaving visible stains and making it feel impossible to sleep comfortably on them. The room only has a wall fan which is not enough during day time .The fan was covered with dust, which not only made the room feel unclean but also caused discomfort every time they were turned on. It felt like the management hadn't prioritized upkeep for quite some time.For the price we paid, we expected much better standards.Also keep in mind that the resort is 12 kms from town and there are no shops and restaurants nearby. I hope the resort invests in renovating and maintaining their rooms, as it has potential to be a great destination considering the view it offers. However, as it stands, I cannot recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

They setup camp fire for us and also the dinner food was good. Awesome scenary from the cottage. Good service.

Positives: 1. Nearby to meadows and adventure park 2. Scenic environment and good place to relax and spend some quality time negatives : 1. Not much choice for breakfast and no buffet options available 2. Mineral water is chargeable and amenities except 1 small soap and it's not sufficient considering the amount we are spending. 3. There was power failure at night.

No connectivity to any other shops or any location nearby... No proper response from the staff... Food tastes bad... No proper response... Need to fight for a drinking water bottle... The location and scenery are Good. Our Group faced mistreatment from the staff and Owner... Food orders will be taken but no proper food won't be delivered while receiving...

Location is good but service is very very bad, not any shop near to the location, and ready made breakfast has given by employees, but not justify, and not worthy,

I recently stayed at theeram agro resort and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The overall condition of the room was poor, with the toilet and bathroom emitting an unpleasant smell. The tv didn't work properly, and there was no fridge in the room. The furniture was in bad shape, and the bedsheets and pillow covers looked unclean and uninviting. The food was very bad, and the prices were excessively high for what was offered. While the ambiance might suit bachelors, it is definitely not suitable for families. The only positive aspect of the stay was the view from the resort, which was quite nice. However, based on my experience, i cannot recommend theeram resort for a family stay.

The property management is not happy that we are staying for a week. They compelled me to leave early or to change the property. But the satisfied part is the location and the view. Property is located at a beautiful view with a comfortable place to play and spend time with family. They have a swimming pool which is good for kids, they can enjoy it the best. The property is located 12 kms away from vagamon so it is very comfortable for calm and quiet atmosphere. The ambience is so good. With regard to complementary breakfast it is poor. They just serve one item per day that they buy from outside. So it's a waste for the term free breakfast.

Positive: cheapest cost with amazing hill view, negative: no near by shops and restaurants, autos and jeeps were charging more due to hotel distance. Very poor maintenance of toilet and swimming pool, taste of foods is average.

- worst resort ever stayed. - basic hygiene is not maintained - broken table and unhygienic and dirty room with broken doors and cupboards. - swimming pool - water is not treated or filtered - green in colour.

Road to the resort is very pathetic food is average. It is good only for a big family for just time spending together. But not for enjoying stay. Totally it is average only especially for the price. 4500. Rupees is really not
