Very good stay and food was amazing. It was a amazing experience.

Warm welcome,easy onboarding process.Verybhelpful on cruise staff including captain,staff and cook.Good trip in Vembanad Lake .Great briefing on the tour .Nice small boat arranged to go around Alappuzha back waters.Good food Punctual departure and arriving.overaal very nice boathouse trip

We had a good stay. The staff was hospitable. Good food. Clean boat. Overall a comfortable stay. The interior could have been better. The small boat in which they took us through the small canals could have been better. A good experience

Pros: your own captain, chef ... Sunset view when they park vehicle ... Small boat ride in-between local house was great. Cons: water heater was not working condition they should have checked it before we started trip,

We had the opportunity to stay at a one bedroom houseboat at Xandari Riverscapes and it ended quite badly. Me and my husband were shown around our boat and we started off on the journey! After having a good meal, I dozed off on the front porch, as I hadn't slept much the previous day. At around 4 o'clock we had the canoe take us to the backwaters ride. I had my wallet with me then. After coming back, we were sitting on the front porch waiting for the sunset. All was going smooth, we had dinner and slept. Next day, in the morning, my husband could not find his earphones and all the money in my wallet was gone!!! When we confronted the staff, they called their supervisor and he began laughing saying they get tipped almost as much as the money you had in your wallet!!! And then he said he can refund the money. He also said that his staff has done nothing and it must be us who might have dropped the money!! He didn't show any empathy and kept implying that we were stupid enough to have money from our wallet stolen!! It was a really bad experience for us. Recommendation: Please do not book Xandari.

Perfect, Great experience. A must visit with family/ friends. Good experience and feels very romantic and relaxed... If you provide sightseeing facility... It would be a memorable for the couples... And we request for candle light dinner.. Without thinking a minute they arranged us a beautiful candle light dinner. Stay was memorable in houseboat.. Service is very good... Staff is so good.. Value for money... Everyone should stay in this houseboat.. Veg food was also good in this house boat.. But there is no lots of Variety in veg food. Staff is well-behaved, food is good. Fish in lunch and chicken in dinner. Enjoyed it. You have to come earlier to have better rooms. We came late and got the last room which is noisy because of engine and has smells of engine oils in bathroom. Keep mosquito repellant.

I booked a two bedroom houseboat at xandari. An experience like this was never imagined off. I am very impressed with their service and food quality! The staff is very well trained and have always got a smile on their face. All the meals ie the lunch, dinner and breakfast on the checkout day were really tasty and fresh! Boat is well maintained and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Very much value for money!

They don't have much to offer for the amount they charge, for instance food quantity, variety, hot water facility. The rooms are good enough, but the interior doesn't have that authentic feel of the place.

The rooms, food, and everything is awesome af in xandaire riverscape the crew on the boat is very friendly and the cook is the best. Thy cook according to your wish only and thy even ask you wat all V need? The best people and best place you can enjoy

Excellent trip at the backwaters. Services and houseboat very good. Captain and chef all were really friendly. Just a suggestion that some snacks at payable basis can be added like a minibar. Rest a wonderful experience and will be recommending others also to go for Xandari.
