Good Stay
We had a nice stay. The property is very good, especially for an evening walk or night walks. And the food was also great. All the staff was very friendly. Only thing i felt is the room and room facilities was not that good for this price. The only toiletry they gave us was a soap. And the wifi was so weak, we had to come down to the lobby everytime we needed wifi.

Location is very remote. Small area. Untidy rooms. Dirty swimming pool. Average food.

A good hotel but needs improvement in service
The hotel has a good view but the problem is their staff. They don’t care about you, the food is really not worth the price they take

Only problem is food!
This resort is a kinda island, once you enter through boat u cannot go out for food, if u managed go out still there is no good eateries near by. Resort is beautiful, get your food along then there is no problem also beverage get it from outside. Best part of the resort is manager, every friendly. Food is over priced.

Good hospitality
This place is beautiful. The view is so pleasure on eyes. I came with my friends and the staff especially the manager done so many things to make us comfortable and arranged everything according to our timings. They were only a call far. The room is also good with clean bathroom.

Breathtaking experience! Picture perfect ambience, seclusion and peace are the hallmarks! Nestled between sprawling green paddy fields and a quiet flowing river, Green Palace is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of contemporary life! Strongly recommended! Such a terrible experience
It was just a horrible and terrible here. The staff is quite supportive other than manager. The rooms are somewhat clean and there is so much greenery which invites so many insects inside the room. The another disaster here is the food. No taste and nothing to say about it. Will not at all recommend this to anyone. There is also not a road transport here. You have to travel through boat only. Which is not informed well in advance. If post. Never visit this place.

Best place to spend your holidays
I stayed here for two days and it is nice place for spending holidays. Mr Sabu, the manager and his crew was working hard to satisfy each guest according to their requirements. Food was awesome. I recommend this place for family.

Its OK for money
Only problem was reached by only ferry but location was amazing price also reasonable and restaurant menus also good and spa is good its difficult to reach in night time so better to reach before evening.

Good location and average resort
The rooms are just OK .. Food in restaurant is overpriced and tastes average. There is no intercom in the room to call reception for room service, so we had to call the reception using our own Mobile phones every time .. TV placed in the room is not good. The only attraction for the resort is its location .. But since it's in a remote place you can't find many shops around. We have to park our vehicle at a place and then travel by their boat to reach the resort.
