The Property is well maintained, clean and the staff was very helpful. It is located just by the back waters and has accessibility for house boats. The breakfast spread is limited and can be enhanced. However the dinner served was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the fish curry the seafood starters. Used the SPA service and it was pretty good. Overall we had a good comfortable stay with good food and very good service. A good option for family and friends for a stay at Alleppey...

The Triveny’s Camlet backwater resort in Alleppey offers a superb experience with excellent food, a great atmosphere, and top-notch cleanliness. While it’s located 13 km from the main city, it’s perfectly manageable if you have your own car. Highly recommended!

The resort is located in a village next to a river. Although it claims to be a three-star property, the services do not match that standard. The AC in the room does not work properly, and the TV has issues as well. On the positive side, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious. However, the taps in the shower area are broken and spin loosely. The overhead shower has little to no water pressure, so the only practical way to bathe is by using buckets. The swimming pool is accessible only between 7 AM and 7 PM, but the water quality is poor and causes eye irritation. The restaurant staff are polite and helpful, and while the food tastes average, the pricing is reasonable for the quantity served. The location also offers easy access to transportation. We also took a boat ride, and the guide was friendly. The price for the ride was reasonable if you have more than five people in the group.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was generally helpful, except at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was not good and took a very long time to prepare. The dining experience definitely needs improvement.

The place was more than expected, small area but well maintained and friendly. Really calm and quite place to be with family. We had a relaxing time. Did the shekkari for 1500.

The property location was upto the mark, rooms were nice their food service is very poor they need improvement there. They dont bring food on time just one bowl they pour. Wait time is very long.

The Resort is located next to the backwaters of pampa river. We booked this resort to visit Ambalapuzha Sri Krishna Temple. Enjoyed the dinner and complimentary breakfast served in the morning. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. We requested the hotel reception team to arrange the shikara boat ride in the morning. Extended boat ride for 30 mins extra and paid total Rs.1350/-.
