Alleppey Prince Hotel

awesome place to stay ,but as we all are vegetarian limited stuff in vegetarian meals.Can enjoy swimming as swimming pool is around 35 m long and 4-5 feet deep

The room was booked under cpa plan, but the restaurant refused to serve my breakfast, saying that i must pay. But i insisted and got it served.

Hotel staying was good enough but if we go to restaurant in the same hotel there is no much items to have. Menu card items also will not be there. Better to have outside. But if you like to have any dishes there serve in restaurant all be good.

Rooms were neat and clean. Had difficulty with hot water in the morning, had to call the maintenance staff who entered the washroom with shoes on and left shoe marks on the floor. Toilet seat had started developing cracks, might be dangerous for people with some weight. Dinner options were very limited even though it is a 3-star hotel, had to go out for dinner. Location is adjacent to the road and easy to locate. Overall, stay was ok.

The behaviour of hotelier is terrible with customer! I booked room with free breakfast. But at the time of checkout they ask me to pay the bill of your breakfast. I mean what? Why? Then they told me that our hotel policy is we give complimentary breakfast only upto an amount per person and you and your family exceed that amount. Such a nice way to fool the people. Even they don't told you that they have that kind of policy until you had your breakfast. Finally, I have to pay the amount. Very disappointed. Never stay in this hotel again.

Hotel is nice because it has all the facility. Like restaurant, bar, pool, etc. Food is good but didn't find North indian food.
