It was great experience the location was quite which was needed though thanks.

Good quaint little place situated at naldhera. It's more of a homestay and not like a resort. Hosts are warm and helpful. However don't expect a typical hotel like room service. Overall a good quiet place to enjoy the hills.

Our stay experience at this property was below average or rather poor - the hotel is aged a lot, the hotel had bad smell all over specially in rooms, very poor lighting (dark and dingy) rooms were not at all maintained, poor lighting, doors had broken handles, washroom sink was leaking in premium suite, bed linen has stains. There was no lift and due to wish my old parents had to struggle to take the stairs (requested to cancel one night stay so that we could shift to a better hotel with rooms on ground floor however it was denied since we booked from mmt) the food quality was poor except breakfast. The approach road is very narrow from main road, parking is only for one vehicle or two at max. The staff was however very polite, humble and tried to assist. Nariender the manager / in- charge was polite and was accommodating however my parents and kid could not enjoy the rooms / facility nor the food in all three nights. Poor value for money spent, the owners must improve the rooms and the overall hotel else they will loose potential customers. I will not stay in this place for sure. Thank you

Location of property is around 25km away from shimla city. One must have vehicle with them, to plan stay at this distant location. Room was nice and clean. But location of property is in deserted area that you have to depend for food on resort kitchen only. Their food is very simple, it does not give you feel that you are having meal at some restra. They have very less option for buffet. All the locations from this resort is around 15 km far from here. In hilly area, 15 km in peak season means around two and half hours. Staff is good and polite. View was amazing. We have booked super delux room with buffet but found this not good. -no welcome drink/complimentary tea - no room cleaning service - no tea/coffee arrangement in room -no other facility except room, blanket and pillow -no tv connection -wi fi not working i mentioned all these as when we booked room with super delux tag, we expected these facilities. But if you look for peace and stress free days, one can adjust for this. Overall things are okay. Foods is simple. Staff is good. Our stay was nice.

Intercom was not working, tatasky subscription had expired’, no lift, only two staff members, no central heating, no other occupants, bed linen was not clean, no power backup, no toothpaste/ toothbrush the room, no hair dryer, no tea maker etc

Stay was very good. Good location excellent food etc only downside was the noise of the heavy vehicles on the road. We could do a small trick to the golf club scenery was excellent. The owner of the hotel was very helpful and the staff very good. Trek

The property location is good. Its small hotel with nice location and food. Ambience is very old from inside. Staff behaviour and food is good. Manager is very humble and co-operative. Amenities are available on request only.

Not upto the mark. Rooms are not clean. Hot water supply was not there. No electric kettle. No bathroom slippers.

No wifi, no geyser, food not good and overpriced. Breakfast took 2hrs to come which was again nothing but just half cooked paranthas and pickle in breakfast buffet. Also if you like to have some wine or whiskey, bring your own glasses, they don’t have any. It was my 3rd and last visit to this property. Property needs new and better staff to handle.

Hotel location was far from Mashobra, room was good, food quality was very bad, hotel charged extra money for room heater.
