A true gem hidden in the mountains
familyBreathtaking view from our rooms. A stand-alone property isolated from the crowd. Fabulous golf course nearby adds to it's charm. There are other activities like horse riding and zip lining for the kids and family. Food is good with very courteous and helpful staff.

Great location and decent hotel
The hotel is situated at a great location with mesmerising valley views and at main highway. It has got its own parking space holding upto 5-6 cars. Rest of the cars can be parked on side of the road. Staff and service are both good. However, few things were not good and needs improvement. For example, toilet seat had broken ring and geyser was holding very less warm water. In another instance, a child in our group was not well and felt cold. Upon asking for heater which is a basic amenity, the hotel asked for charging it separately. Considering that hotel is in hill station, these kind of basic amenities should be provided complimentary. Otherwise, its a decent hotel overall.

Decent stay
familyWe had a decent stay at the property location is amazing but food is not upto mark and also nothing is there for kids but overall we enjoyed our stay

Lovely place and lively environment to stay. Nice weather also helped make the scenery from window a beautiful one. Would highly recommend this place for all.

Expensive night stay
The room has water dripping from the ceiling on the bed, room service was not good. Denied to serve water before 7 am. The breakfast was poor in quality. The water outlet in washroom took too long to drain off the water. The crockery at dinner table had dead cockroaches on it. The view from the room was the only good thing about the hotel

I'm very sorry to hear about the extremely poor experience you had at this hotel. The issues you described like water dripping from the ceiling onto the bed, poor room service that denied basic requests like water before 7am, low quality breakfast, slow draining in the bathroom, and finding dead cockroaches on the dinner plates are completely unacceptable. Those kinds of problems with cleanliness, maintenance, and service are appalling for any hotel, let alone one you chose to stay at. The one redeeming factor you mentioned was the room's view, but that does little to make up for the litany of other severe problems you encountered. You deserved a much better experience than dealing with those kinds of unsanitary, poorly maintained conditions and substandard service. Thank you for taking the time to leave an honest review detailing these issues. Feedback like this, as frustrating as the experience was, lets the hotel know they have serious problems that need addressing. Hopefully they take corrective action, because no guest should have to put up with that level of uncleanliness and lack of basic amenities. You had every right to expect better, and I'm sorry the hotel failed to meet any reasonable expectations.

Hi, stay and staff was good. !rooms are too small and washroom had a little stink to it. Since our room was downwards. Felt bit suffocated or may be cus of the size of the room. Staff is helpful so we didn’t really face much problem.

They dont have a good wifi facility and tv facility, thats the only con i saw in this hotel otherwise stay was nice and comfortable with good view and excellent food

Excellent Stay
The hotel has a very beautiful view and is a must stay property just on the highway, we had a wonderful experience with the staff as well, food was also very tasty and service was also nice. Must visit. People are very courteous and friendly, mr. Rakesh is very welcoming.

A peaceful stay in the valley

Great view and service!
familyThis is located at a perfect place - away from mashobra but near to the golf course (main road. The view is amazing - especially the rooms that are at the top/left corners. The staff were courteous and service was good. Sometimes the tea/coffee took some time to come but overall that's ok. The interior was good, the dining area was also nice. Overall a great stay, it could have been slightly better if they had electric kettles in the room.
