Cons: Dirty swimming pool, Lots of mosquitoes, Irresponsible staffs, No towel, No soaps, No assistance from staffs, No TV, Pros: Less cost

Resort was very poorly maintained and washroom dint have the health facets to wash and rooms are stinking very bad and ac doesn't work atal. customer service is also very and they were not helpful in getting me a different property and couldn't help me in any way and he clearly told he cannot do anything from his end and also supervisor call back never came.

Do not consider for swimming pool as we need more gigine. We booked at the last hence good for just staying

Horrible property. Not a single person to attend. Snakes inside. Wonder why s listed such properties. Mine was a non-refundable booking yet did not dare to stay there. A big no especially if you are with family and kids. Don’t fall for all the polished pictures they share.

Looking at venue condition, we didn’t even stay. Just lost the money. Very worst

I left the hotel immediately upon check-in due to poor hygiene and the management offering hourly stays. I have packed my bags and exited the premises. The hotel is poorly managed, and hygiene standards are lacking. I am awaiting a refund from makemytrip company. I strongly condemn the stay and do not recommend it to anyone

Can’t call this a resort, as it’s an abandoned one. They are running just like a hotel with very poor service and nothing available like basic amenities examples no tv, no drinking water. Swimming pool, entertainment section is also not accessible. Very poor and i have been cheated

The worst resort and nothing there in the resort really is too much of a bad experience and waste of money

This place is a name sake resort. All other amenities are run down. The furniture is worn and torn. Sheets are dirty. Ac though working is of very ancient model without any settings to change the temperature. Not v as promised. No food or a restaurant near by. The one man manager/boy during the night has patiently exchanged the sheets till they were passable. No parking place available due to festival rush.

Hotel staff was drunk at night. Not recommended. No restaurant facility, dirty rooms. Dirty blanket. Sorry🤒

If well maintained, we would give 4. 5 stars for sure. Make sure to sacrifice your high expected luxury levels here, because it's not worth. Pay less, expect the same. The main concern is transport facility viz not accessible. We've to pay in huge (if your not with own vehicle. Overall it was o. K

No cab facilities and food facilities… we need to book Zomato or Swiggy but no proper supply.. it takes maximum times to deliver…and no proper maintenance.

The property was not satisfied. The pool was not clean. The outdoor sitting roof was broken. The stairs were broken. The room smells dead rat. Hot water was available. There was no drinking water or toiletries. The ceiling in the room was broken. And dust under the bed. Only because we couldn't cancel the booking we had to stay.

Tree trend white tree hotel gave us excellent service and cooperation. Rooms were neat and clean with gentle staff. Also the location is too good for commuting

The place was very nice the people there was very friendly and we just had a such a good blast and the care taker there also was very nice to us unlike other hotels

They did not provide a good room even though they had one. Badly maintained resort and pool.

The hotel is located on the bangalore mysore highway the only plus. Good for rest point night halt. Rooms are clean with hot water supply. Recreation play area table tennis carrom board are available. Restaurant not available. Food will be delivered from a nearby dhaba. Morning breakfast will be tough one. In value to money, little over priced.

Booked it at the last minute based on the pics provided. it is a resort just in the name and not in reality. Zero Hygiene. Room was crawling with insects and water dripping from AC. Pool was just for the name sake and was not cleaned at all. there was no working TV citing technical issue. Wi-Fi was not connecting. the linen had stains. To top it all. no water was provided as complimentary. Manager was rude in asking us to buy water from elsewhere. No driver accommodation in place and the bathrooms were not working for them. They don’t have a kitchen and only coffee tea was provided and that too at a 40 min delay. No eateries nearby at walking distance as the hotel is on the srirangapatna highway. please think thrice before booking this hotel.

Property is very closed to hug h way and it’s to risky with the family. No security, even security guard is having liquor at the office of the property. I saw him when i went ask him for the water bottle. No complementary water bottle provide, beds are also pathetic. Very poor hotel

It's not worthy for the cost they charged... no basic facilities provided properly.. everything on a request only provided with multiple follow up... overall exp is very pathetic..
