Room was dirty No proper service Breakfast and coffee mugs not in clean I was a bad experience just because I paid before and not refundable I stayed

We booked 4 bed rooms for my family. The rooms are not expected as described in the portal. rooms are small and only have queen size bed. no additional cot provided. instead, they gave us additional bed which is not at all comfortable. Please don't fall orey to these descriptions. pathetic experience

The property was very unclean and the room were smelling badly. The doors of the washrooms were broken and I wasn't able to lock the door The rooms were smelling badly

efforts are required for maintenance of rooms. toilet doors were not locking. leakage in washing sinks etc. complimentary breakfast needs to be improved as there was shortage of items. and also wifi facility was not working in first floor.

Hygiene issue and not upto the mark break fast Blood bucks in hotel

The stay at nityotsava residency was pleasant. The room was kept neat and hygienic. The food they served were tasty and hygienic.

It was ok ok. Room was only average. Sufficient plug points are not there for charging. They didn't keep mineral water. We purchased. Complimentary breakfast was there. We reached at 8. 15am as every hotels serve at 8am. They informed at 8. 30 and need to bring from outside. Now it's 8. 53am. Still waiting for breakfast. Reception staff -not friendly. Stay is not to the value of money and not suggesting this hotel

No proper maintenance …night no power…there is no proper communication through email.

The charge for hotel was too much. For the money for what i have been is double what it was actually worth.

While booking, we were showed on app to have amenities like Wifi, laundry service, water, toiletries but nothing was provided. Phone was also not working. Provided mobile no. was always switched off. for anything we needed, we had to chase reception staff who were unavailable on most imp. times.

The rooms are good, and well maintained, and the receptionist was very kind and good, he gave a save opinion for as and the save place to.

The hotel stay was a pleasant experience. The only thing where i faced some issue was in makemytrip portal i was not able to book a single room for 2adults & 2kids in a single room. So i booked only as 1adult and 1 kid and later while checking out they charged me the balance amount, just a suggestion for mm t for further improvement.

Went to mysore for a family wedding. Requested them to suggest hotel near to the hall was recommended hotel nityisatav location is good. Did not have opportunity to use of services

Very nice boutique hotel in a great location with well-maintained facilities. The room was clean and comfortable, the service staff was very courteous and helpful.

Great stay. Staff are friendly and cordial. Hygiene and cleanliness are well maintained. Ventilation and lightning in rooms are ample. Complementary breakfast provided is nice. Had a great time with family.

Room was very clean. Sufficient hot water was available. Room service, air conditioner, tv was excellent. Morning breakfast was delicious. Definitely fit for recommendations to new visitors
