they dont have the family room available. the rooms that were allocated also poor. no ac. no room services. no towels. no toiletory. no bedsheets. poor maintainance. suggest you to remove this hotel or blacklist this one from suggestions

hotel in description they have mentioned ac as well but after check in they told if you need ac you need to pay extra and also rooms are not hygienic they didn’t even change the bed sheets as well

service was very poor. No TV, no hot water, no blankets and no towels were available with them. The room was not clean. The owner also ignored us after the complaint of the staff. Staff is not giving good service.

I stayed at this hotel last night, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, the staff coordination was poor, and there was an unpleasant smell in the washroom. Even the laundry service was not up to the mark. Moreover, the room provided was different from what was shown , and when I enquired, the staff simply said all rooms were full. I had booked the room on Friday morning but didn’t receive any confirmation call from the hotel. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their cleanliness and communication.

Location is absolutely near to ksrtc bus stand and easily we can navigate to places like zoo palace hill Coming to the room we got, We booked for 4members it was very spacious ventilation also very good well maintained higienic staff's were very polite Overall I felt good to stay there

First of all, I would like to mention that I had booked a stay for four members, but only three are available. I will adjust my plans accordingly. Unfortunately, no one is using the room, and the door is not closing properly. Additionally, the hotel services are not satisfactory; it is very poor and not good at all.

Hi Team, I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There was absolutely no proper management. The room had no geyser, no AC, and no TV. The bedroom condition was horrible, with patches on the walls and an unpleasant smell throughout. The bathroom didn’t even have a proper lock. I informed the hotel management about these issues, but they were extremely careless and showed no interest in resolving them. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this hotel.

location was good. Place under renovation and when we visited there was whole day power shut down. otherwise a good room for 1 night stay for people travelling for work. not suitable for families

Room was agly,not clean room and bathrooms ,that hotel drinking water Specility also not there.first up all that is not hotel.

We took budget friendly room. But it cost as back. Rat there in the hotel teared our bags made a loss. Not at all clean very dirty room horrible experience.
