Lot of mosquitoes, too hot and service bad

Scenaries are good in the trip. Cleanliness is poor and food is average.

it was our first houseboat experience on kerala backwaters so all members were excited. all members coming from almost 5 different locations and meeting on houseboat was itself a great opportunity. food served hot so good(4), however scope for improvement in menu. living area was ok(4) but bedrooms were below average (3) in terms of cleanliness, a particular smell, ac not properly working with remote or else too cold. inside bedroom conditions and getup both needs to be improved for the value which customer is paying. anyway since it was our family time so enjoyed. feedback is to improve for customer satisfaction. all the best👍

It’s pleasant to spend a night in a boat house stationed with responsive hospitality extended

It's not worth for the price and they didn't provided accomodation for all the rooms booked. Food is also avarege. Ac is controlled from outside and the boat ride is only for 2 hrs

The room was comfortable and the washroom was clean. The location is convenient for my purpose of visit. I had food in the hotel which was quite good. The staffs are very polite and friendly. The hotel is safe and secured. I will recommend this property to others. Overall it was a good and pleasant stay.
