Best stay at Villa 360 - pet friendly
we were in search for pet friendly stay in Nainital hence we found this property in MMT of Stay Vista. we were little skeptical initially but was fully impressed with their service, hospitality . Pankaj and Lalit both the care takers were all time in our service they tried their best to give us a homely atmosphere. Chef Dipak was also good at his job. His delectable preparation of Chicken curry and mix daal were at its best. Rooms were also clean, big in size and properly maintained. .

Horrible experience 😪
familyit was a pathetic experience, and the caretaker was partying with their friends at the premises all night. They were playing loud music all night, and i have pictures s as proof. all night, we were scared and didn't sleep. they were local people and sitting in the drawing room all night and drinking It's a horrible experience....as i am a platinum member , it was not expected . it was nightmare for us..early morning we left from there without breakfast.

Okayish Stay Terrible Location
Very poorly located. Incorrect location on maps. Seems spacious in photos but it is not. 4 rooms are okay but the 5th room is not manageable (smelly and small). The kitchen staff is good , but can’t cook non-veg our chicken was uncooked.

Worst and the worst property of nainital
familyWorst and the worst property of nainital. Staff was not polite and in food they were like we have this amount of xyz once this will consumed you don’t gonna have other. No clean bathrooms and bedrooms.

We had a wonderful stay there in the Villa360 property and would love to visit again due to their amenities and most importantly they have ample space for parking.

Stayed at villa 360
familyExcellent rooms, service, location and exceeded our expectations. The staff named Lalit Singh, Bala Singh, Pankaj Singh and the Manager Vijay Joshi are very caring, grounded and took care of us like a family for the days we stayed in this villa. The breakfast, lunch and dinner cooked by the staff above was mouth watering and exceeded expectations which we never expected. Would confidently and comfortably recommend to any one who visits Nainital. Will cherish this memories for a longtime. Feeling as if we are leaving our family here and going back home. 😊

Terrible place
We booked this villa for two days and paid the full amount. On reaching there, we had to travel for an extra hour or two as this place was not known to anyone and didn't have any board of its name like all other hotels did. It's in a horrible location with a few houses on its either side. The area was full of garbage and was smelly too. The smell was spread inside the whole villa as well. Not even the neighbours knew the name of this place which seemed very suspicious. There was no proper staff. Just 2-3 boys who seemed clueless about everything. One of the pictures is misleading. They didn't even refund the amount. We talked to the owner and someone from the stay vista company as well. The company has just-ed rented out the property and they don't know its exact location apparently.

Best experience in nainital
Property is well maintained with the caretaker and chef. Chef prepares delicious food no matter what you order. You should also take bbq experience in the property. Caretaker lalit is a nice guy and takes care of you the whole time. If you are with your family or friends and need a private villa. You should go for it

Awesome place
coupleThe place is recently renovated and has amazing interior compared to a 4star hotel. Rooms are really good and spacious. View from the balcony is amazing and breath taking. Must recommend for all peace lovers since it is in green area and away from city hustles. Mall road is easily accessible by a steep walk of only 5-6 mins. Must recommend homestay in nainital. Would definitely like to visit again!
