Vidya Guest House is truly amazing. The manager is a very nice and friendly person. If there was an option to give 10 stars, I would definitely give that!

location of property was good,because of prime location, easily reachable, service was excellent as staff were very cooperative, food was also good. Hygine of room and washroom was very good. Over charged for stay. Charged 350/ room for use of ac in the room. No ventilation in the room. Fans are not working properly.

This hotel including making fools the people's who are booking through this hotel. As per owner of the there are no ac rooms available and mm t given him there "mmt assurance certificate, " i have booked 3 rooms for 4 nights and no one rooms have basic amenities. I have changed 2 times the booked room and all rooms are the same. They have asked me to pay rs. 300- per day as an extra charge for ac. have also advised to mentioned these things during booking for the same.

We have stayed for one night. Stay was comfortable and homely. Room service was ok and room n toilets were clean. Food service was also available and ok. Location of hotel is very good in the market area in a lane and near Kashmir road.Overall good experiance.

I visit Katra every year, but this is the first time I felt completely satisfied with the staff’s behavior and support. Unlike past visits where staff interactions were disappointing, this stay was refreshing and pleasant in every way. Thank you for making our trip so comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely love to return for future stays!

Hotel place at 2nd floor, Steps go throove straight upwards direction. So very difficult to move the luggage due to no lift.
