Not satisfactory
The room and washroom are very dirty. We told hotel staff so many times to clean the room, it will take 2-3 hours to take for this.

Nice ambience but poor staff and service quality
Hotel is fine, rooms are good but staff and administration is not up to mark. In terms of service not satisfied at all.

I visited with family and rooms quality not upto the mark. Hotel is a located inside a gali and felt location not safe at first place. Though staff was cooperative. Overall charged more than what I was getting on Oyo. Would prefer to book oyo rather than opting for something like that.

Stay in hotel sent palace
Very good place to stay very nice view of mata vaisno devi temple from roof safe and very good staff very helpful, all things of need are near and no difficulty.
All is good and I m very happy to stay.
