We entered the hotel shakuntala on 09/11/24 at around 6 am. Hotel staff allotted me room no. 406. The toilet was dirty. The cleaning staff did not come till 9 pm. Receprion staff was not able to issue me proper bill at check out time on 11/11/24 at 5 am. No thanks

Hotel management issue
Very dirty and mismanaged hotel not recommended for anyone. Housekeeping staff and room service staff ignore all-thing what you demand. Even towel and toiletry not provided in washroom.
