Hotel service was good and satisfied, it seems that property location was new for the local taxi and auto driver but we found it easily. hotel staff was and good and shown good behavior

room service is ok, staff is good.. but when you book online there is no servic of pick and drop , so before booking , pls call hotel and take this service.

Property location is much away from Main market. Power back up for AC is not available. Rooms are very small and pathetic ventilation. Booked 3 bed with AC. In this amount u can get better hotel. During power cut u have to live without AC and ventilation.

That was a fantastic stay and experience and behavior of hotel staff was much cooperative. overall very good stay.

location was not good in a narrow road from main market , no vehicle easily available form the hotel ....hotel provide accomodation as per their suitable time not of customers...we didn't get any ...water supply is average ...charging point doesn't work ....

The hotel room was clean and very good . The staffs were very kind and they also provided taxi services.

Located near the Railway station, this hotel is a small but good one. They don't have their own restaurant but they will provide you food from the small dhaba adjacent to the hotel or you can have your food and tea in the dhaba. I only stayed for two nights.

It was worth visiting gl palace. Everything was perfect except the power cut. Can be considered as value for money.
