friendly and soft spoken owner, near to city centre and allowed early check-in - were few things to highlight but felt peacefully and relaxing specially after a Shri Vaishno devi darshan and trek may not be best but room was quite clean and readily available amenities like hot water and ac working fine. best to stay for long or if looking for room to stay for darshan Jai Mata di

Hotel is very nice and in good location. It was a 5 star experience but there was a kid who was just 14 years old and he was working as a staff. which made me feel very bad for him. the hotel owner should not hire kids as an employee.

Hotel Owner was very hostile. Picked and dropped us at Banganga and room service was good as well. Recommended.

Rooms are cleaned but there is no lift only stairs for which senior person can face difficulty. Hotel is located 2mins distance by walk from main road but if you try reach by car then you may face problems for narrow lane.

The stay was very good also the host is very polite. We got a good room. Also they have a facility for transfer to station to hotel and vice versa at a very cheap rate.

This is the worst experience for the hotel Elite in Katra among all the hotel bookings Only 1 staff for the hotel with around 20 rooms. The single staff seemed to be child labor. Electric geyser was not working in Heavy winter season. The drinking water was not clean and hygienic. Rude service from staff when asked for room cleaning. The hotel is inside residential area rather than near to market area.

They have not returned my money despite of knowing genuin reason. By train got cancelled. They just said we will not refund it

The rooms were good and the service was great. I had a good experience over there. Staff of the elite were really helpful. I will recommend to everyone who are visiting katra in this year.

the room's are posh and clean. the toilet's are also clean. the distance is very far from railway station. they have to use the mat.

Hotel owner was so rude hope that we will extend you booking dont worry and very next day all of sudden they came for checkout which was very unprofessional. My concern is when u dont do the things then dont give fake promise specially to the piligrim tourist
