Room is not good. AC not working properly. Bad Services. They are not cleaning the room on daily basis.

location is good, food is also good. Room was having smell of dampness, electric appliances were not working properly, TV was not functional.

Stayed with family Made a random booking, comfortable stay. Staff and front desk is supportive. Recommended hotel 🏨

It was a very poor experience, The hotel is under construction and the condition of the room is pathetic, no service, no cleaning, served stale food served,caused i felt gastric issues. i will not recommend it to anyone, it was a westage of my money, I am regular customer of make My trip and feeling cheated by MMT and hotel.

It was a great experience staying at vaibhav grand. Room was clean with excellent wifi connectivity. Location is perfect for some who wanted to stay out of city hassle. Restaurant shopping stores are nearby.

Property was good but service was worst not recommended to stay there they were charged for everything like blanket

Rooms were average. Food rate was high. Hot water was not coming in bathroom and tv was also not in operation.

I had a delightful one-day stay at this hotel. The room was immaculate, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. The staff were exceptionally courteous, providing prompt service and helpful recommendations for local attractions. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city. The amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a rooftop bar, added to the overall positive experience. My only minor critique would be the limited breakfast options. Nonetheless, the exceptional service and overall ambiance make it a top choice for short stays. I look forward to returning and extending my visit.

Room were dirty. Foul smell in washroom, service was not good. Blanket were not fresh despite being complaints issues were not resolved

I am not sure why they treat mm t customer like dharamsala. Very small room. Below average cleaniness. You can get room around station area with this amount. I paid more than 2200 for a day to live in dirty room. Pols do not go on rating. Pols check room before you pay or you can get nice room around station area or har ki pauri

Location was perfect as per my requirements. Staff is very cordial and helpful. They personally dropped me at the railway station when i could not find any conveyance. Food was also good but the quantity for single person was too much ) overall my stay was quite comfortable.

Hotel is good. The complex is good and spacious. One thing that can be improved is more room cleaning for guests who are staying for longer periods. Overall a decent place.

Service’s in hotel are very poor they not even had a dental kit. Not a nice place to stay
