    When i arrived at the location they said my booking is at a different location. I clearly booked for hotel rudreshwar. My map and all the property details was of that location but they insisted that my booking was of shiv shakti resort which is their 2nd property. Shiv shakti resort was 5 km away from the city without access to any public transport. Reaching there itself was a hassale. Next, they made a mistake in allocating the room. Then they gave me a different room. After this there was power cuts all night. Not even a light was working. I was completely exhausted to argue with them so i let it go. But i would not recommend this property to anyone.
