1- When we reached the hotel, there was a seating area with some hotel staff already sitting there. We were all tired—especially the kids and the ladies—but no one offered us a seat. There was no one at the reception to assist us, and when someone finally showed up, they also didn’t ask us to sit down. We were all left standing, waiting for our room keys.
2-Third-class room service. No one checked on us even once to ask if we needed anything. It felt like they just converted a house into a hotel and have no idea how to host guests.
3-In my room, there was no soap or shampoo in the washroom. Even the hand wash dispenser was empty after just 2–3 uses. They didn’t even provide a toothbrush or toothpaste.
4-Food service was unavailable. We had to go outside in the summer heat to arrange food ourselves.
