1- When we reached the hotel, there was a seating area with some hotel staff already sitting there. We were all tired—especially the kids and the ladies—but no one offered us a seat. There was no one at the reception to assist us, and when someone finally showed up, they also didn’t ask us to sit down. We were all left standing, waiting for our room keys. 2-Third-class room service. No one checked on us even once to ask if we needed anything. It felt like they just converted a house into a hotel and have no idea how to host guests. 3-In my room, there was no soap or shampoo in the washroom. Even the hand wash dispenser was empty after just 2–3 uses. They didn’t even provide a toothbrush or toothpaste. 4-Food service was unavailable. We had to go outside in the summer heat to arrange food ourselves. Stay and service was quite good, hv to wait for the water supply, finding as per mmt location was hectic, and timing was inconvenient, we booked for 23 hrs and availed only for 3/4 hrs, they also denied extension for a bit.

Room is ok for the money paid, but checkin experience was disappointing. Parking is also a challenge, they don’t have dedicated parking, we have to park at nearby road, and i kept thinking if my car is safe there or not. Ac was not working.

First day they did provide us 5 hours stale breakfast, second day they denied breakfast. No hot water for bath. The hotel incharge was very rude to my parents and asked them to leave if they have concerns.

It was an awesome experience for me and my wife. The hotel is just awesome. The staff was too good and the owner is down to earth. The room is just so beautiful and well built and the parking space is the most important wifi. I loved it.

Hotel is new and well built. Clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Lift and parking space is available. But their is no restraunt. Near by restraunt is 15 min walking distance.
