We had a really disappointing experience here. We had booked two rooms for four of us and were sitting together in one room for dinner — nothing loud or disruptive. A staff member came and told us we’re not allowed to sit together like that and asked us to go to our own rooms. We even explained that we’d keep the door open, and we were just having dinner peacefully. He was polite, yes, but completely unwilling to understand. He kept repeating that “due to a past incident,” this isn’t allowed — but honestly, not everyone is the same. That generalization felt unfair and really ruined the comfort of our stay. To add to that, the bedsheets were uncomfortable — itchy, like they hadn’t been cleaned properly. I found some gritty texture like sand or dust, and I couldn’t sleep all night. Overall, the attitude was unnecessarily strict and the room hygiene was not up to standard. I’m writing this so the hotel understands — a bit of trust, empathy, and better cleanliness could make a huge difference.
