My stay at the property was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. Service was quick and overall experience was pleasant. Only small issue was that the AC water was leaking, but apart from that everything was excellent. I would still recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay

The delux room given was so small compared to the standard rooms. The bed size was not queen sized. The check-in time was so late that for early check-in they charged us extra money. The staff was good and polite.

Hotel room condition is average. its very close to station ( 5 min walkable). please dont accept checkin in their any other nearby property like Grey castle. its more than worst property. also please ensure intercom in room is working, as mine was not working and had to call everytime by mobile. staff is good. in short its "economy" catagory hotel and hence ok

I had a wonderful stay at Dhruv Nanda Hotel. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The staff here is extremely polite and helpful, making the experience even better. The location is also excellent, and considering the price, it’s truly value for money. Highly recommended!

Overall rating: 2/5 Stayed for a weekend in two rooms (four adults) with complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, the experience did not match expectations set by photos and reviews, and the actual location felt misleading compared to its appearance on Google Maps. Check-in was acceptable, but the deluxe rooms were quite small, and several amenities were not properly maintained. Cleanliness fell short, one intercom wasn’t working, and a door lock appeared partly damaged. Service quality was average and response times were slow. Lunch ordered from the in-house menu was underwhelming in taste. When requesting extra plates for outside food, staff declined in a discourteous manner. Positives: proximity to Har Ki Pauri (about 1.5 km) and comparatively better standards than some nearby options. However, based on this stay, this property aligns more with a 2-star experience overall. Rooms are good hospitality is good but washrooms can be improved the shower was literally going everywhere in the bathroom but cleanliness was maintained so overall a good budget stay

Loved my stay there. Staffs were really welcoming and flexible. 2 dogs were the cutest. I would definitely recommend other people
