Review Of Gardenia Hotel, Spa & Resort

Morning Tiffin was not included. So, had to pay seperately. AC trips in the night as there are frequent power cuts. That spoiled sleep on both the nights of our stay. Good part was Hotel gave us executive rooms, without any additional payment. Overall a good experience.

Spacious, well maintained & clean property. Staff behaviour was nice too. Had a great stay. Very good choice for full family stay as well.

We (family) stayed for a night. Good and tasty dinner buffet. The staff at restaurant was very warm and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the ac seemed to be less effective. Also the hotel is almost 30mins away from hear ki pauri, ganga ghat, haridwar and situated in industrial area. Overall, good hotel and i highly recommend this hotel for it courteous staff, comfortable rooms, nice lobby and restaurant.

Hotel was good. Food was also very delicious. Staff were very co-operative and helpful. Breakfast buffet has lot many options. Little far from hear ki pauri but auto rickshaw is available. There is a pentagon mall at walking distance and it has all the leading food brands like dominos, mcdonalds, burger king.

Room is stinchy things showing in what they provide is not there some tiles in bathroom are broken

Overall experience is good. Food quality is not upto expectations. Room should have been more clean.

Not worth a hotel to stay. Dirty rooms. Breakfast option is horrible. Dining is unhygienic.
Super expensive. Not worth of price i paid. Rooms are not clean and hygienic. Toilet flush was not working. Bed sheets and towels were not cleaned.

Staff were very friendly and supportive. Food (lunch and dinner) was not that good, however, breakfast was okay.

Booked it seeing the 4 stars, but my booking was for non smoking room, got a room while smelled of coke, toiletries were missing. After standing for 12 hours was too tired to call anyone for them. No slippers, couldn't find kit to polish my shoes. Bed sheets weren't smelling fresh. Since mine was a overnight stay I continued else would have switched. Breakfast was a stark contrast, well prepared and serving staff was hospitable.

I had to change the room because their were small cockroaches in my room. Staff need more training on service and courtesy too.

Hotel is not maintained. When you pay for restaurant bills, they don't pay back complete change. They are supposed to pay back not in round figure. Quality of rooms is very low, rooms are smelly and the complete stay is not Worth at all, you pay. In same amount, we were getting Radisson blue. In short, the stay is not Worth.

Hotel service is not so good. Buffet breakfast was not good at all, very poor service. Food was not their in serving bowls. Need to improve their services regarding food and room services.
