I had a wonderful experience at Paarth Grand Hotel, Haridwar. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained – truly awesome! The staff was very polite, professional, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more comfortable. The Café was a great addition to the experience – the food was delicious, and the ambiance was really relaxing. A perfect place to sit back and enjoy. Overall, an excellent stay with great hospitality. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Paarth Grand Hotel during my trip to Haridwar and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Everything was neat and well-maintained, which made the stay feel truly premium. The staff deserves a special mention – they were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile, which added a very personal touch to the hospitality. The highlight of my stay was the PG Bliss Café. The ambience is so refreshing and gives a very relaxing vibe. I tried their puri bhaji for breakfast, which was delicious and freshly prepared. During dinner, the tandoor items were absolutely mouth-watering – the taste, presentation, and quality were all top class. Overall, a perfect mix of comfort, great food, and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend Paarth Grand and PG Bliss Café to anyone visiting Haridwar.

1. ACs were not working. 2. They did not changed the water. They charged for it. 3. I ordered my breakfast, they served 5 parathas. 1 paratha each in 10 minutes gap. It took us 1 hour to finish our breakfast. And please note that we were the only table in the restaurant they were serving. 4. Team was not professional, I lost my key to the room they asked for the money in the night before getting me in. 5. No everyday room or washroom cleaning. 6. Staff was rude. Just one junior was good. 7. Manager / Top management was absent.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points after reviewing our internal records and CCTV footage: 1. All our AC units are in perfect working condition. In your case, the AC was running on “Dry Mode” due to incorrect settings. Our housekeeping team assisted and resolved it immediately. 2. We provide 2 complimentary water bottles per day. On your first day, as per your request, we provided 4 bottles. Beyond that, additional bottles are chargeable as per policy. 3. Regarding breakfast, our service staff acted upon your instructions to serve one paratha at a time so that each was fresh and hot. The team simply followed your preference. 4. Our staff maintains professional work ethics. As per hotel policy, there is a nominal charge for lost key cards. The front office explained this clearly, but instead of cooperating, you misbehaved with the staff. 5. Our team called your room for daily cleaning, but your spouse declined housekeeping service. We cannot proceed without guest consent. 6. We would like to respectfully mention that liquor was consumed by you in a dry zone of the hotel, after which inappropriate behavior was displayed toward Staff.

We also observed that the images uploaded in your review do not match our rooms, and may have been mistakenly added. We request you to kindly recheck and reconsider your review. Additionally, upon reviewing your bill, we found no food orders placed from your room during your stay, yet a food rating of 3/5 was given.
