The property is a good place to stay, the behaviour of reception staff needs to be improved. Food is great

All things are good. While demanding tea at 7:00 am they won’t able to provide till 8:30 am. Otherwise all are ok

Stay was good and rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and i surely recommend this hotel.

Bathroom was too small no specific area for the parking. The staff was very casual in serving and we had to call out for things multiple times. Even the towel soap etc were not present. Dust wqs clearly visible

I won't recommend anyone to stay as it's kind of shady hotel, staff is rude and doesn't respond properly. Bathroom is very small, can't take shower properly and have a window in bathroom. Anyone can see inside bathroom through this window. Bed size is 5x5, can't accommodate adults and and we had infant with us, so we had to take extra mattress which was chargeable. We selected breakfast in our menu but there were no buffet, a la cart e only, and taste was pathetic. Hotel have given kitchen with room but have no meaning, they provide only cattle which is anyways available in every hotel. We had one incident where someone used our bathroom when we were not in the room and did smoking, we found cigarette buds there and when we reported to staff, no one said anything.

Overall stay was quite comfortable. And the staff was also very helpful they were trying their best, however, if we talk about prices then it as a little bit on the higher side as compared to what we have booked through makemytrip in the past.
