Very bad hospitality. Ac is not working. I booked suite room but it’s not like what’s shown in the picture. Even drinking mineral water is charageable here

The day one room no 2 was very good provided we had to ask for small thing like dental kit etc. Again day 2 same dental kit we has to remind and for 3 person they gave 1 and 1st instance also for 4person they gave 2 dental kits. More ever break fast needs to improve a lot.

Memorable Stay for Our Grou

Hotel experience
The stay was excellent & food was great. Ganga view from hotel room is mesmerizing experience. Hotel balcony is having a great view. Overall it was a great stay

Good Stay
The location is close enough to Harki Pauri where the Shiva Arati happens. The surroundings are congested. The hotel is situated off the narrow road. Small reception area. The executive room is a spacious, neat and comfortable space. The toilet is modern though small. The food is good though the spread is limited. It is more comfortable to order room service and the staff encourages you to do so. The restaurant space is constricted though there is an open to sky balcony with tables which is a cozy space. But unable to use it during monsoons. The kitchen staff and service staff do not wear uniforms. But the housekeeping does have uniforms. HK is good at their job. But the replacement of used tea/coffee is tardy and insufficient. The reception has to be forced to give/arrange logistical help. But they did ultimately. Overall stay was good

Worst Experience at Perfect Stayz Premium
Worst Experience at Perfect Stayz Premium This hotel has gone from great to terrible in just one year. On the first night, I found insects biting me and my baby while sleeping. After complaining, they moved us to an “executive room” that was damp and smelled unbearable. I had to cancel my 4th night because of this, and although the manager promised a refund, they later denied it. The food quality is extremely poor compared to the old management, and the current manager’s behavior is unprofessional and money-minded. Only the housekeeping staff were polite and supportive, but overall, the stay was horrible. Avoid this place if you care about hygiene, food, and honest management.
