The most useless hotel of my life and the staff is so stupid that they don't even know how to talk to the customer, neither the AC works in the hotel nor the TV is working properly, totally useless hotel, don't make any online booking, there are many good and cheaper hotels available offline, 5 times better hotel in Haridwar, do not book online hotel namay

Good service. Cooperative staff and room amenities are perfect. Room is same as shown in the photos. I enjoyed it. 👍

Not that great.. very small room.. no toiletries.. no dental kit.. 1 towel per room ... no one available for room service after 10 PM

I am not happy with staying at Namay Inn. TV was not working. Hot water, AC and lift facilities are available on demand. First you have to call reception to get all the above amenities. You can't get lift and hot water in the mid night because no one is available to pick your phone at reception. You need to go to the reception by stairs to wake up the staff. The owner and staff are very rude to the guests. When I informed the owner regarding poor service, his attitude was very strange. I strongly disapprove of staying at this hotel.

This place is a complete joke and a health hazard. Calling it a hotel is an insult to actual hotels. It’s filthy, disgusting, and absolutely unsafe to stay in. The rooms look like they haven’t been cleaned since the building was constructed — spider webs everywhere, dust layered thick on every surface, and a smell that hits you like a punch the moment you walk in. You’ll feel dirtier after showering here than before. Room cleaning? Forget it. You could be lying dead in the room and they still wouldn’t send housekeeping unless you called begging multiple times. The AC and hot water are another joke — be prepared to chase the staff down 3-4 times every day just for the basic human right of not sweating to death or freezing in a shower. And the bathrooms? Absolutely disgusting. Holes all over the walls, cracked tiles, grime everywhere. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here. The entire place feels abandoned and rotting. It’s not just old — it’s neglected, unsafe, and should honestly be condemned. Staying here was like volunteering for a survival reality show, except even those probably have better conditions. Avoid this dump at all costs. Sleep in your car, a train station, anywhere — it would still be a huge upgrade over this nightmare.

on prime location but at calming and serene place. at a walking distance from both station and har ki pari and also mansa devi temple.

Location was ok, food didn't tried, service part was not upto the mark, as attending manager was rude, curtain was hanging with dirt, Wash room was not clean there was yellow smudge on pot, when asked to change the room manager was showing busyness rather than understanding the concern of Visitor. Hospitality, behaviour is base for any service industry these must be addressed on priority instead of casual overhear ! Date of visit- 13 april 25 @ 12 noon.

Nearest location from Bus & Railway station, Bazaa. Specialy Gujarati Gali for Food is at walking distance... Clean & peace place...

Overall good stay.. The room and bathroom are clean . The staff is professional, the inhouse food facility is not there.Hotel is very near and walking 5-10 min from railway and bus stand. Hot water, Towel , shower gel, electric kettle, normal water all amenities are in the Hotel.
