Haridwar' first Trip from TPSODL
1. Few First hrs. After check in was very difficult as AC was not working then in late evening the room was changed. 2. Location was the best part as room balcony was towards Maa Ganga river facing. 3. Food was excellent too. 4. Amenities services were little lagging. Overall it was a pleasent stay.

Good Stay
The hotel is a heritage property with an excellent location close to Har ki Pauri, with river view rooms that are perfectly relaxing. The property has to be better maintained, room facilities can improved with essential items, towels and toilets need to be clean, food quality must be improved with adherence to hygiene. Staff is customer friendly, well behaved and cooperative. We faced power issues during stay.

location is good , but too much noisy from trains and road .
Location is good but main problem is the noise coming from the road and trains from the adjacent railway track. So I have to compromise with the sleep .

Overall it was fine like location is good but the property is not that good, too small rooms, I mean pictures reveal something else and in actual it is something else.

it is an average hotel with only benefit of its strategic location near har ki pauri and main market. if you are use to stay in star category hotel then you will be disappointed. I spent above 5000 k for signature ganga view room, i think is not vslue for money.

The room was not upto the mark. The exhaust fan wasn’t working. The room didn’t have enuf plug points. The water supply went off for 6 hours. Also the manager made extra money on cab charges for sight seeing and airport drop we found rishikesh a better place to stay and has good spiritual touch than haridwar.

coupleOn day 2 the water supply was disturbed for 6 hours I had to stay without a bath. Also exorbitant charges from hotel to Dehradun airport, out of which the manager of the hotel pocketed half of the charges.

Bad experience
The ONLY good thing about the hotel is the location & view that it offers. We got a wonderful & uninterrupted view of the Ganges & Har ki Pauri was 5–7-minute walk from the hotel. . That part I will NOT recommend this property to anyone for the following reasons: The rooms & bathrooms are small & have a rather dirty look about them. There were stains across the bathroom fittings. The bucket, stand was old & grossly stained. The bed mattress was uncomfortable & springy. It was raining & the balcony was dripping/leaking & hence we could not enjoy the same. The common stairs, restaurant & balconies were ill maintained & dirty to say the least. Left over food was lying outside rooms for hours. Worst of all, there was a rat in our room. The staff helped remove it but the rat went inside the room storing the linens.

Location is perfect right on the spot, at har ki pauri, food is just average, cafeteria area is not upto the mark, needs more efficient cleaning, rooms are good, the bathroom floors are very slippery.

It was pathetic stay.. room was not cleaned also the bed mattress was of very low quality, couldn’t slept whole night. Would highly discourage to spend night here.

Terrible Stay
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The washroom was not clean, and the water facilities were not functioning properly. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room, and to make matters worse, we discovered bedbugs. Due to these issues, we had to check out in the middle of the night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and it was a waste of money.

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend
I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The services were absolutely terrible – from the moment I checked in, I was disappointed. The room was not clean, and the washroom facilities were not functioning properly. The bathroom had a foul odor, and the overall cleanliness of the room was questionable. I also noticed a strange, unsettling feeling as if there might be bed bugs, which made it impossible to stay. Given all these issues, I ended up booking another hotel at midnight just to get out of there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as it did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or comfort. It was a nightmare, and I couldn’t leave fast enough.
