The level of service I encountered was unprofessional, and policies appeared to be applied inconsistently and at staff discretion rather than transparently. Specific issues: - rude staff, last-minute policy changes, incorrect billing, cleanliness, noise, extra charges. - The handling of these issues did not reflect the standards promised by your brand. Impact: - The visit, which I planned as a birthday celebration, turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. Wonderful Stay at Lemon Tree, Rishikesh

The booking experience with Makemytrip was very smooth and interactive. The Lemon Tree Hotel at Rishikesh was ideally located with great views of the mountains from the room. The hotel GM was kind enough to provide us a free upgrade into a Deluxe Room with a mountain view. More than anything else, it was the positive attitude and the smiling faces of the entire staff, be it GM, managerial staff or the lowest rung in the hierarchy......it was a happy and positive team. Their answer was yes ,to every request. I have been travelling and have had occasion to stay at most of the leading 5 star hotel chains in India. This was our first visit to a Lemon Tree hotel and if this was their standard, I would say that the personalized touch in everything.....from the free room upgrade, to a wonderful complimentary birthday cake for my wife, to providing changes to the buffet menu on a single routine feedback , was exceptionally touching. I felt that the entire hotel and staff was a well oiled and orchestrated machine, with a personal touch. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle free and comfortable retreat. I recently had a wonderful 3-night, 4-day trip to Rishikesh, and I chose Lemon Tree Hotel for my stay. It’s a lovely and clean place, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was my anniversary, so the hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay extra special. They decorated my room and even sent me a complimentary cake. Lemon Tree hotel in Rishikesh was a very functional hotel it is located on the main road everything is closed by, good restaurants are also closed by, they have in house arrangement for Rafting, so we were able to dobooking at the hotel, they picked up from the hotel and dropped back to the hotel, it was very convenient and food was okay, we wear travelling with family two family together, had good time.
