The rooms are different as shown in picture . The toilet is very small . And after having complementary breakfast you are allowed to eat only certain amount of food after that you have to pay for the breakfast.

It was a pleasant stay there and the staff was also very good, the location is fine too And finally the was good was delicious.

Good stay at hotel. nice staff. Food is nice. The location is far away from the city. but this hotel is value for money overall.

The hotel's commitment to hygiene is evident, with regular housekeeping ensuring a tidy environment. Dining: The on-site restaurant, Green Chilly, serves a variety of North Indian, Gujarati, Bengali, and Maharashtrian cuisines. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which was both delicious and reasonably priced. The dining area is clean, and the staff is attentive to guests' needs. Service: The hotel staff is courteous and always ready to assist. From a smooth check-in process to prompt room service, their dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable. Rooms were not as per the delux category, continuously water was leaking from the washroom after complaining also it was ignored, plug sockets were not available to charge laptop phone etc together. You can only charge 1 device at a time.

Hotel is good and staff is also cooperative but location is very far and few facilities like geyser is not working in room. Overall 3 rating is fine and we hope better facilities.

Hotel staff is courteous, rooms are also neat and clean but the problem was that wash room is too small and uncomfortable. Hotel lacks lift and for elderly guests it is tough to climb.

Food was good and tasty but there are many basic amenities which are required in the rooms therefore the management may look into providing these basic amenties

Easy access to public transport, location is ok area is not well devloped. But you can stay there without any doubt. They have kitchen facility also

I haven't stayed there. Paid but not availed the facilities. The location is too pathatic. There was no lights in night time. Service level and response level of reception person was so rude. Never come back nor recommend anyone to stay there

Hotel refused for booking on call, because it was 15 km & 2hrs away (poor traffic) from location i wanted to book, but on call hotel corresponding staff kept saying just book or we ll not allow you because of big reason that there are two hotel gangotree in haridwar. Secondly i selected ac delux rooms and it booked as non ac normal room and hotel charged extra for giving me ac room and i had to pay because it was late night and kids slept in the car while coming to hotel.

if someone is looking for an open sewage in front of the hotel, really really rude receptionist, rooms of size max 8by8, king size bed of 5/5, dirtiest washroom in which you can barely stand, yellow bedsheets with a lot of stains and smell in every corner of the hotel, that too at a price of a 4 star hotel; then one must visit this hotel!
