Review Of ROYAL CENTRAL HARIDWAR

Rooms were good but AC was not working, earlier we were given 201 where AC was not working after that we shifted to 101 and AC was also not proper for cooling. whole night with fan.

Staff was quite good, They were quite cooperative. Was near to the hari ki pauri, one can easily find transport means from there.

The hotel, its location and hotel staff everything is good ..nice food...............good experience

1)Parking space constraints, nearby independent plots area is being provided for parking slot. In which reliability of vehicle standing without any mishandling is poor. 2)Towels given for usage are of cheapest quality, loosing threads and cotton residue on body after a single use. 3)Inhouse catering prices are overrated as compared to the quality.

Everything was good, staff was polite, cleanliness was good. The only concern is the kitchen service, breakfast was taking too much time to serve, which can be improved.

The room was good but the service was not up to the level as restaurant also not available, they had managed breakfast from the other hotel so expected all the facilities from the same place only.

Royal central haridwar was one of the best stays in haridwar best part was their commitment towards guest although due to their team member fault the rooms were booked at much lesser price but hotel was never saying no to any facilties they mentioned and to any kind of gesture was given as if they were not ready to serve us so i would suggest all my relatives and friends if you want best services best commitment towards guest and repect choose royal central haridwar

The stay at royal central is one of the best stays in haridwar so much confortable it was feeling as second home only because of staff behaviour and their ready to go attitude to serve bestest hotel to stay and food was also very good

I would say royal central hotel is one of the best hotels in haridwar they gave us what they promised they were one of best facilities hotels i have stayed in haridwar 24 hours staff was available polite and ready to help with everything you ask them for but what was tremendous about this hotel that although booking due to some issue technical was of very low price but still they honored us with the same request and fulfilled their promise so any one going to haridwar should stay always in royal central haridwar thank you so much for such comfortable stay
