located next to Zudio Ranipore more, very prime location, 10 mins ride to Har ki pauri ,take an e rickshaw and they'll charge 20 per head . hotel is nice ,with ample parking facilities. we had an issue with the room we booked , but they changed it immediately after we complained . breakfast is nice. rooms are big and beautiful

I have booked this hotel by makemytrip and paid in advance. post reached hotel, have checked in and found that Room AC is not working and roof fan was making noise. Despite multiple complains about AC, Recepnist came to me and promised to changed room but after spending 2 hours room was not changed . At 8 Pm AC was rectified and fan was not rectified. after all this, we have tried to watch TV but TV was not working, even recepsnist dis not send any one to us. Breakfast was so terrible, they have served only Tea (very bad) Pudi and poha only. no juice, bread , fruits even cooffe. any one try to book it. please care full

Till now it was the worst hotel booking made through MMT. Hotel staff is very ignorant. I raised concerns about non-functioning of Wifi and TV but no resolution was done. Wash room was not clean and not well maintained. They did not have the basic things like tooth brush and toothpaste and asked them to send multiple times but the same was not provided. Very few options for breakfast. Overall it was a bad experience. NOT RECOMMENDED.

No services, dirty room, dirty bedclothes, telephone was disconnected, very pathetic

The location was awesome, property is also very good. No service issues, food was delicious. The only thing we missed was the window. No window was there, it was completely a packed room, although very spacious. Food was costly no doubt but on the other side it was delicious. I would like to recommend it in the future to our friends.

Rooms are ok to manage with water coming out of ac. Tv not working. Complementary breakfast is night mare to get.

Terrible hotel. Staff service very lethargic. Would never recommend this hotel to any body. Had to checkout early there was no staff to open the parking gate. I had to wait for half an hour.
