Planned a long awaited trip with family to attend Holy Ganga Aarti. Wanted to pamper my Mom ,wife and kids during weekend. First of all what MMT shown on the site while booking was actually way different from what I got offered on reaching the hotel. I had booked two rooms but I was made to stay in a single room and I had no option but to manage in that only. I paid twice the amount for a single accomodation. Staff wasn't very helpful . Really embarrassing for me and family. Frequent power cuts and overall a very sad experience.
