Mera stay yahan bahut hi accha raha. Rooms clean aur comfortable the, staff bhi bahut polite aur helpful tha. Service time par mili Location bhi convenient hai, sab kuch easily available tha nearby. Overall, paisa vasool experience – definitely recommend karta hoon

My stay at hotel The Pacific was truly delightful. The hotel offers excellent hospitality, comfort, and top-notch service. I was especially impressed by Mr. ANURAG the manager. He was extremely polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Thanks to Mr. Anurag and the entire team, my experience was smooth and satisfying. Rooms are clean.Still improve the facility as Restaurant and other things.Eitherwise everything is fine as friendly budget.

Celling fan is dirty In room And no landline phone to connect reception

we are enjoying so much.. employee also so good but the best person and polite one is mr. satyam...........

no plate, cutlery, no kettle, lift not working, highly unhigenic place. response from reception we have no responsibility. book karne se pehle sochna chahiye h tha....I think MMT is allowing stupid hotels in their catalogue

I had a terrible experience at this property. The condition of all rooms was pathetic – dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unhygienic. The washroom was filthy, and the beds had insects, making it impossible to rest comfortably. No soap or basic toiletries were provided, and one of the bulbs was fused. The entire place felt neglected and run-down. It’s shocking how such a low-quality property can have good ratings I strongly advise against staying here. Don’t waste your money or risk your health. This place is a total disappointment.
