Terrible ..very bed condition of bed sheets, walls and bathroom and unnatural behaviour of staff…. Ever bad experience

very bad condition hotel all hotel is very dirty bed sheet is very dirty is not proper working room is very dirty washroom and all things are very bad booking with breakfast but Hotel asking me breakfast is not available very bad experience in my life we have regret to advance payment because I am completely helpless amount is not refundable my past experience in with MakeMyTrip is good but last night stay very bad so in future MakeMyTrip hotal booking is doubtful

The property was completely different from what was shown online. Wrong location, terrible building condition, and no proper facilities. I had booked the “breakfast in bed” offer, but the hotel didn’t even have a kitchen, so no breakfast was provided. The room had a foul smell, mosquitoes, dripping AC water, and unwashed blankets. Because of these issues, I had to check out the very next afternoon without completing my 2-night stay. I request a refund for at least 1 day of unused stay and my money back for the breakfast that was never provided.
