Good stay. Pleasant experience.

Excellent environment & courteous staff at the inn.

Initially there was an issue. However makemytrip helped check-in. But we waited for half an hour outside the property without any clue. it was not an easy check-in. +2 star for quick support. So, 4 star stay was pleasant. Vinoth (property manager) was a lovely person who helped us in all possible ways. 4 star because of him only.

Worst place to stay, highly inhospitable. First, they keep sending wrong locations so that you don't reach at the property at all (guess they want to charge the entire amount for no-show, as bookings are non-refundable. Then, once you manage to reach somehow late at night, they ask you to bring the hard copies of aadhaar and covid test report, knowing intentionally that there are no shops nearby, leave aside open at such hour. Guests are even asked to leave unless they have hard copies! spoke to owner and caretaker several times, they never cared to inform even once in advance. Have never encountered such hostilities in all my travels, especially when you travel with family and kids. That's not just it, they even went to the extent of refusing to provide milk for 3 year old kid at night, saying it will be given in the morning only! booking made for 5 people, 2 rooms, but they fought relentlessly for extra charges for additional bed at midnight. Such properties should be delis-ted and banned as they harass the travellers and give a bad name to the city!
