The O2 Cottage, Coonoorstay

We went to The O2 Cottage, Coonoor, as a family group. Our overall experience was good. The place is beautiful, beside tea garden. The owner, Mr Prabhu is very helpful. Since the moment we reached the property, he was frequently in touch over phone to make sure we were comfortable there. The caretaker, Maghesh, was also very helpful. We would love to go there again.

No hot water, no proper water for bathing. comod flush was not working insects inside room and bathroom unsafe parking Huge amount paid for the property which doest fulfil basic needs like water

You can't rate all fake ones .we know that we refused to provide you compliment dinner for 10 members ,which is not at all acceptable. you can't post such fake reviews that has affected our business, moreover you have not paid for the additional guest who came with you.pls dnt forget there are families which depends on this business.Any way we have seen such peoplea also

Excellent view. The most excellent view from the house and it's in midst of nice tea garden and people who love nature can be with your beloved ones and u can spend a night in a romantic way, at-he caretaker was so polite and was caring and the owner of the property was so caring and guided us properly. The property is fully secured with cctvs fully fenced also. No neighborhood disturbances. We had a nice great time

It was a great and comfortable home stay we had ever been. The property was well maintained and was clean and the caretaker was so caring to service us what ever we needed. The owner of the property was polite and guided us well and we had a warm stay the nature view from the property was awesome especially from the glass view bedroom in the attic. The garden view was good for the kids to play around and the property was fully under 360 degree cctv surveillance and the property is fully fenced for guests safety. The overall experience in staying in this property was awesome and we would add it up in our memories. It was a great and comfortable home stay we had ever been. The property was well maintained and was clean and the caretaker was so caring to service us what ever we needed. The owner of the property was polite and guided us well and we had a warm stay the nature view from the property was awesome especially from the glass view bedroom in the attic.
