⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at Hidden Heaven Homestay during my Coonoor trip last Sunday and had a very pleasant experience. The room and toilet were neat and clean. The location is convenient, very close to Coonoor town. The caretaker was friendly and helpful, and the service was really good. The stay was reasonably priced, offering great value for money. The complimentary breakfast included delicious dosas and idlis, which we really enjoyed. Overall, a comfortable and homely place to stay in Coonoor. Highly recommended!

Conveniently located. Rooms were not only clean but also comfortable, well-equipped, spacious and good facilities. Food provided was delicious. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

the room was absolutely good with excellent hygiene and the care taker Mr Ranganathan was really good person taken care of us so well . the breakfast which was given as a complimentry was as home made food. overall the good experience

The property is absolutely stunning with stellar views which is to die for, the food is fresh and perfect, the staff's behaviour is the best.

Homestay did not announce in prior that we have to give dinner order before 4 PM, hence we did not get the dinner. TV was not properly recharged. While leaving there was no attendent and the caretaker directly refused to take the bags from room to car . Overall horrible.

The location was good. The resort staff was really friendly and family too. Decent breakfast.

The stay location and rooms were average. I am sure you can find many better places in the area. We had two rooms in two floors which was very difficult to adjust. The food was good and they also accommodated for baby food which was a good gesture. Overall - location and rooms are ok at this price point. Please note it is not a private space for you. There will be other guests. They gave 6-7 rooms in total

The property location is good and had seen bison in the night around the property. The double room with king size bed provided and room and washroom were clean but there was a catch flush in the toilet not flushing and had complained to the staff and he said he can’t do it anything in the evening (time when we find the issue) only by next day (but we have booked for 1 night only) why they didn’t check it before check-In?? Also tap water in the bathroom had foul smell (did not experience my stay in Ooty in the past 2 days) Food price is atrocious and would recommend you to have food outside as we just ordered which will be way cheaper unless you have no other options.. you can get the guidance of local sight seeing and shops to buy Varkey and tea powder from the property staff which will be useful. Other trap is you can’t cancel once it’s booked better check the room before you book the room if you go in-person.. I booked based on the review.. overall ok kind of experience

The room was very clean and large. The bathroom too was well kept. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The caretaker took good care of all the guests. Highly recommended.

The experience was awesome and food was amazing.

I would again book the same homestay if I visit coonoor again. The property is so different from any hotel. The caretaker - Ranganathan and his family is very good. Nevertheless, Smoky and Jennifer were the main attraction of the property.

This is shabby honestly. Old, not maintained, stinking bath room, very old blankets and towels. They charged rs 4000 for deluxe room, worth only less than 2000. The food was so bad. The road leading to the homestay passes through slum area.

The room is big but washroom is not good and lacks maintainence. Caretaker is very good. Overall stay was good

The host of this property ranganathan is very rude with guest. Morning breakfast time is fixed as they have told and they won't care about the guest whether they are sleeping or other, they won't remind for breakfast. During checkout they shown very pathetic behaviour saying "i'm not your labour" definitely he is is very bad labour as well as a host. Won't recommend anyone to visit this pathetic behaviour host ever.
