It was a good experience and the location is good as it is near sms park. Restaurants are also available near to this hotel.

The rooms were not cleaned. Had to request cleaning service to remove all dust from center table and mop the room again. Firstly towels were not provided and when requested for it was wet and smelly. They charged us 4. 8k for deluxe room but it was not worth it all. The reception person was not rude, unwelcoming and looks like wrong person has been hired for the job. We went as per the google ratings but in reality it's different. Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice rooms with beautiful view and host was very good and polite and they gave suggestions for restaurants and must visit place. Opposite hotel coonoor junction pure veg restaurant is there quality and taste very good and delicious mainly paratha's and pongal. Must visit place.

Room does not have proper ventilation. Due to it have to upgrade to delux rooms. Where we have to pay extra 1000 rs per night. There is no exhaust in the bathroom in deluxe rooms

Some rooms have no windows and it's really suffocating the staff are really sweet but bro the rooms where really bad like the beds where comfortable but still not worth it ( too suffocating)

Hi, stay in lobosa comforts is good. Room and toilet are neat and clean. It's located near to the shops. Only issue there is no parking space, we need to park in the road side

We had to book a room at Lobosa Comforts on the spot because our other booking got spot. Rooms were available but we decided to book on MMT. Due to some miscommunication we thought there is a breakfast option but turns out the hotel didn’t have a kitchen. After talking to MMT on the phone they arranged a breakfast option at a nearby hotel which turned out to be real good. The room was clean and had a good view. However it had only a small fan in one corner of the room. Even though it’s Coonoor it gets hot and the fan is not enough to keep the occupants cool. Global warming is happening people. The room was otherwise good and well located with easy access to auto rickshaws.

Staff is friendly but hotel can get better.

Conveniently located hotel in Coonoor for business travelers. Maintenance can be better. Staff is very cooperative here which makes up for the minor shortcomings

Tv channels are limited to Tamil. Other language channels are also needed.

Clean rooms and good ambiance. Has a good view from balcony. Comfortable stay. Doesn't have a lift, a problem for aged. Doesn't have coffee service which makes the mornings dull.
