Habba Kadal Kashmiri Heritage Hotel

Very nice place to stay. Then environment is very could instantly notice smell the damped carpet in the rooms as not much air can flow in/out of the rooms(not a major inconvenience). Food: Paid Dinner was good. Bread Basket was great! But morning breakfast was average.

The location and food were excellent. The staff was very courteous and attentive, ensuring all our requests were promptly taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. A great place to stay for both families and couples — would definitely recommend and love to visit again.

Family vacation trip to Nilgiri..and a good stay in habba .property is located in prime location and having spacious room ..the restaurant is also unique with its cultural heritage cuisine..the staffs are friendly and they have staff from Kashmir roots which enhance the culture .The manager was open for our discussion and suggestions..which inspired us ..

Clean room and hotel premises. The staff is helpful and courteous. Location is peaceful with green surroundings and tea estate views.

Room is good , lack of service , food was ok , facilities not explained to avail , there is concern about safety due to monkey nuisances

If any problem will happen or any emergency to guest between 11pm to morning 9 am no staff will attend or no staff will be at hotel during the said period and food was terrible no authentic Kashmiri food they will serve

The stay at habba kudal was beyond expectations. The place is much more vibrant than what it appears in photos. Lush green tea gardens with panaromic views from the property are crispy treats to eyes. Rooms are spacious, well maintained with a tinch of amazing fragrance all over. Food is again yummy with an awesome balcony in restaurant having a billiards table to play. Overall a mesmerizing experience and beautiful memories are what we made when we stayed here.

Lovely property with well trained and helpful staff

The atmosphere of hotel ambience was remarkable. The hospitality provided was commendable, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating. The breakfast offerings were enjoyable, particularly the aloo paratha. However, the lunch experience fell short of expectations. We ordered kashmiri roti and dum aloo gravey which were excessively oily. Additionally, the onion pakoda was overly salty, and the kashmiri pulao lacked seasoning.

Very neat and clean. Restaurant food is very good but expensive. The staff is very well-behaved and supportive. As i had to leave early in the morning, they packed some breakfast and gave. Will definitely stay here if i go to Coonoor or surrounding places again.

Amazing property with good views, breakfast has to be a little worked upon and kids (below 10 yrs) play area is missing. We stayed in the courtyard room and we must say rooms are spacious and well decorated. Will surely stay again next time
