Review Of Silver Oak Resorts

Everything looks good. The view was really awesome. Excellent stay, we really enjoyed.

The room is completely neat and good and the facilities are well maintained inside the room . and the most beautiful mountain view you can see from the room . morning breakfast is too good thanks you..

The downgrade rooms has not only caused considerable inconvenience but has also impacted the overall experience of my stay. The room balcony door lock was broken which is a safety concern again night is scary for thiefs and day lots of disturbance from Monkeys, the closet does not work, rooms were dirty, no toiletries were provided, no towels. I had specifically chosen the higher category room for its view, and also the pictures provided in online none of which were available in the room that was eventually allotted.

Their communication is not proper

I have booked a mountain view room, but when I visited the venue, the property owner said that, all mountain view rooms are full and we have only garden view rooms, and those rooms are also further 1 km away from the actual property. The property owner refused to pay the differential amount which we paid extra for the mountain view room and we waited 1 hour out side the hotel before check in. I have fought with the MMT for the refund, but owner was not at bothered for this. The room which was provided was not cleaned and cockroaches were there inside the room. Location and ambience is terrible.... just a 4 tiny rooms on a terrace. Literally you can smell the hotel smell from downstairs, too many noisy..

*****BOLD WORDS- It's a Homestay not a Resort or Hotel.***** Location: 1/10 – Remote and poorly connected. While the surroundings are peaceful, the area feels unsafe for couples or families. Stay & Rooms: 6/10 – Rooms are cozy and clean, but lack basic conveniences like side tables for luggage or essentials. Food: 0/10 – No food or beverage service available. Not even tea/coffee provided. The place is so isolated that even nearby eateries are absent – not ideal for even basic snacking. Service: 1/10 – Extremely disappointing. Ambiance: 8/10 – Quiet and nature-filled, which is the only highlight. Value for Money: 2/10 – Overpriced for the lack of services offered. Overall: 2/10 – Highly avoidable. No food, no language support (not even English or Hindi), and they failed to serve the prepaid breakfast. Worst experience and a complete waste of money.

The room is not Good, the food is not Good, there is no diesel in generators bcoz of this No Power in Room

What you see on MakeMyTrip is completely different from the reality. There's no car parking, and the walk to the room feels unsafe. While the rooms and bathrooms were decent inside, the overall experience was disappointing. I paid around ₹10,000 (including GST and breakfast), but shockingly, another family booked the same day for just ₹2,500. Definitely not recommended for families. I'll be sharing the photos — you can judge for yourself. MakeMyTrip should take responsibility for such misleading listings. One of the worst experiences I've had.

Very clean, staffs are treats well. Nice to spend time with family

The location is very beautiful in Tea farms. Hotel is new and the service was good. Housekeeping members were polite.

It was a small resort but located at a perfect place and service was excellent.

It was a bad experience in the Silver Oak Resorts Conoor, bad surroundings and bad room , no privacy in that room. The room get Full of noise in outside and not recommended for couples. Not comfortable with this rate and it was a poor room

Room was not available, showing wrong availability is not at all ok, spent additional 4 hours to reach location

This is not resort, they don’t have there restaurant, pictures are differen and actual place is different. As per property cost is too much high

Pathetic, no amenities, no water in morning, no staff, built over a resturant and oil shop and constant kitchen smoke makes it difficult to stay outside. Dirty and used bedsheet, pillow. It was not a resort, it's a 4 room lodge.

very bad experience.. silver Oak Resort owner doesn't allow to check in coz of high rate charges he wanted from us.. very cheap minded
