Excellent service. We went for a family trip on 15/08/2024. We booked for 2 nights. The room is excellent with a nice view of large tea garden & hills. Room is very clean. Toilet is clean. The staff & manager mr. Antony is very nice in behaviour. They helped a lot. We liked their attitude very much. Food is very good & fresh. We are totally satisfied.

Very good place to stay, we stayed for 1 day. Kannan manager was very freindly and helpful throughout the stay.

View is very good here. Manesar, the manager is little chep. I never felt so good. Not suitable for family because manager will be knocking the door several times and some outsiders also will be sitting and enjoying there. I have doubt that this hotel has dark world.

Initial lot of problem with finding the location, narrow roads leading to venue, but finally reached. My husband was a little unsatisfied as not much leg space, only men folk in the kitchen. But i enjoyed the stay a lot, it was cozy, cute, comfortable. Food definitely good. The next day was the best, we enjoyed a walk through the tea estate, we gazed at the beautiful scenery which included lush greeney of the tea plantation. We had taken a room without view, so it was called, but the view was not bad at all, early morning we heard the chirping of the birds which was soothing. During the walk we saw the parrots on the tree, few birds walking under the tea shrubs. It was wonderful experience. Morning-we had a tasty, homely breakfast, with a woman voice being heard from the kitchen, so my husband now was happy,

A lovely place located in a peaceful corner . Nice and welcoming owners/caretakers. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting coonoor.

Had a wonderful experience as a family traveller (3years old daughter. Pros:1. Breath-taking view from room 2. Clean specious room 3. Kamesh's hospitality 4. Food including complementary breakfast if you want to spend some time in the heart of a tea garden, please choose a green view. It is suggested to take tea garden view rooms. We will definitely revisit this place again.

5. The stay was awesome, it was a clean and neat stay. The care taker took good care of us and ensured all our needs. The care taker was very polite and very friendly and very down to earth person. Me and my family enjoyed the stay very much!

Rooms are specious and well maintained. View from rooms is very good. Food is very good and on time. Care takers are very helpful and provided excellent service.

Pleasant stay with good service, only problem is hotel is inside n road very narrow otherwise it's good.

A most enjoyable, it's lovely comfortable, peaceful loaction, weather was a mix of snow, rain and some sunshine, fantastic cottage with everything you need.

It's near to railway station, guest handling by hotel staff is good, suitable for family stay, don't expect for much, breathtaking valley view really awesome.

The first thing to catch my eye was the tea estate behind the hotel that can be seen from the room balcony. Spectacular view, with the tea estate just right behind the hotel and easily accessible. The staff was helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious with ample facilities. The bathroom was very good, with hot water available throughout.

Access road was very very narrow. Good view from room. Stay was comfortable!

We were a family of 4. The stay was good. Rooms were clean with a view into tea garden. You get a good view in morning. Kamesh made the stay very warm and friendly. He made sure we had a good stay. Whatever we requested he provided us quickly. Even helped getting a medicine. Although breakfast option is less but buffet breakfast is provided. A little inside but near to conoor station and that is how you get a tea garden facing view. Easy navigation through google maps. I would definitely recommend this place.
